I just have to start by saying “Thank you!” For those who don’t know, our daughter Maggie is hospitalized in Rochester, NY in the NMICU fighting a few different situations. She is currently listed in Critical, but is being treated by an incredible team of doctors, nurses, and support staff. There are still many, many more questions ahead. And frankly she has a long road ahead while not yet even knowing the potential outcomes. But our family, our friends, the family of faith have been simply amazing. The prayers, the texts, the financial support, the offers of practical support back home have been overwhelming. We are humbled at the blessing you all are. If you have reached out, please know we have seen all the messages even if we haven’t been able to respond yet. I know normally I can been pretty wordy but right now I often feel speechless. Again, thank you. We feel your love and support. We feel your prayers. Please, please, please do not stop praying for Maggie. Right now there is fluid on the brain, swelling of her brain, and an infection. There are other issues as well, but they seem to be indicators more than issues on her overall condition. It is a delicate battle to fight, but the medical staff has been great. Please pray for the infection, for diagnosis and healing. Please pray for the levels in her brain, that they remain at normal levels. And pray that any brain injury that may have occurred is healed. I love you, @[100071148819186:2048:Maggie Jenkins](#). And I can’t wait for you to see how loved you are by so many others.
