Some days hit me harder emotionally than others. Today was one of those.

I didn’t want to spend the day at the hospital. I didn’t want to watch my daughter on the vent. I wanted to go back to my job. I just want life to be normal.

When I got to the hospital, the lady checking me in handed me my day badge without me having to say my name. It was so sweet to be recognized and known. I needed that today!

Then, on the way to youth I turned this song on and just cried.

One day there will be no sorrow or pain! Jesus is in control and still on the throne. We know how the story ends. So thankful my hope is in Him!
