Feb. 3-7 and tshirt orders

This week in Maggie’s recovery:

Her neuro PT is working on her being able to follow commands. She can lift and lower her head now. It takes her so long! But she can do it! She also was able to move her head from left to right, following my voice. Vanessa and Meredith got her standing up (supported of course) on Thursday.

Her home health PT and OT are working on her sitting, holding onto the bed rail and pulling/pushing.

She spends time every day in the wheelchair, sitting upright as much as she can tolerate. It’s good for her neck muscles! This week was so pretty that we spent time out on the back porch every day!

This coming week we get to take her to Kirklin Clinic for a couple of appointments. Pray for us on Tuesday! Nick is going with me and Maggie. We’re renting a wheelchair accessible vehicle so we can do it ourselves.
