It’s been 2 weeks since our last update. Time goes so fast!

Here are the highlights:

*Maggie got to lay on her stomach with her therapist, Meredith. She did not love it was able to raise her head while propped on her arms.

*Her therapist, Vanessa, worked with her to bring her arm to her face and she moved her arms all by herself from her face to her side.

*yesterday I asked her if she was ready to get out of bed and she gave me the smallest nod. *She likes sitting in her chair. Now that it’s warmer, we’ll enjoy some time outside on the back porch.

*Kerri, Lauren, and Madison are working on keeping her moving and flexible.

* We made a connection that will start the process of getting her evaluated to see if she qualifies for a communication device (so many out there). So exciting for us since we mostly believe she is able to understand but just can’t get it out of her brain right now.

*Her wheelchair comes in this week! And since it was less expensive than we initially thought, some of those funds will go to the new evaluations.

*We are so thankful to be home, to have all the prayers, encouragement and love, and to have her be so stable and content! God has been and cintjnues to be so faithful to us!
