Today has been a rollercoaster day with Maggie. She had a rough night of neurostorming. When she came out of it this morning, an MRI was scheduled to see what’s going on in her brain.
Nick left the retreat he was working and a few people at church prayed with me. (Something already scheduled and so needed at that time.)
We headed to the hospital and when I was in the way, I got a call that they canceled the MRI bc her blood pressure dropped dangerously low and so did her respiration. They worked hard to get her stable and decided to do a CT scan instead.
The CT scan doesn’t show anything new to be concerned about. We’re going to try for a MRI maybe tomorrow.
Gresh’s message this morning was “You can’t do Life Alone”. And our church, Tres Dias community, and friends rallied to pray and reach out to us. And every text, prayer, call, was felt and appreciated. We are stronger because of the people around us.
Today we finished the service with “I’ve witnessed it”. Such a good good song!
